Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Manchester based Housing Association, to recruit to two Labourers for their Responsive Repairs Team on a temporary basis. The role will mainly consist of gutter cleaning.

Responsibilities of the Labourer include:

• Cleaning gutters and downpipes on social housing properties
• Using ladders and access equipment safely
• Reporting any repairs or blockages needing further work
• Maintaining tools and equipment
• Work safely and professionally

• Picking up and delivering materials and equipment to properties
• Picking up and removing surplus materials and equipment, and booking these back into stores
• Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice within tenant homes
• Delivering an excellent customer experience
• Updating PDA in real time on a job’s status
• Ordering parts and materials
• Completing safety checks on tools

Requirements of the Labourer:

• UK Driving License
• Basic DBS, or willingness to undergo one
• Previous labouring experience
